Exterior Building Facade Renovations and Interior Building and Site Improvements to an existing one (1) story commercial/retail building, fronting Sunrise Boulevard with Federal Highway. Previously the Wohl Building had two (2) tenant bays with the main front (South) facade joggining in and out for the unit entries. The new design straightened out the front (South) wall of the building, resulting in 10,012 gross square feet of commercial space, divided into four (4) tenant bays. The architecture was modernized with clean lines, impact glazing, cantilevered eyebrows and a corner feature to provide distinction and signage along the busy boulevard it fronts.
