The project consists of five (5) detached buildings ranging from one (1) to three (3) stories, plus a three (3) story structured parking deck. There is a mixed use of restaurants, retail and office space for a total of 46,518 gross square feet with 3,707 square feet of outdoor dining area. The Promenade at Mainstreet Davie in Downtown Davie shall serve as a catalyst and focal point/gathering place serving residents of the community and professionals with an exciting mixed-use open air promenade featuring quality restaurants, retail shops/ boutiques and professional office spaces.
