In the heart of western Broward County at the Southeastern corner of University Drive and Griffin Road will be the future Colonnade Building. With three (3) floors containing 12,000 square feet, the building has been designed to achieve gold LEED certification for the United States Green Building Council. The building will house the firms of Frank Costoya Architect, P.A., Colonnade Construction Group, Inc., Pillar Consultants, P.M.E. Engineering, along with other design professionals.
