was established for Architectural practice by Mr. Francisco Costoya, Jr., R.A., A.I.A., N.C.A.R.B. in order to provide it’s clients a complete comprehensive scope of services including land acquisition searches, site due diligence feasibility studies, building programming, building code research, value engineering, land planning, architecture, energy efficient green designs, space planning, office and retail, interior and exterior renovations and construction administration services.
Mr. Costoya has over 40 years of experience in the field of architecture, space planning, construction and development and has successfully completed a broad range of public and private sector project types throughout Florida for a diverse range of clients. His in-depth knowledge, hands-on approach to construction and orderly thoughtful approach to “design matters” in architecture guides the firm’s principles and vision in our work.
